Thanks to strategic alliances, the Dr. Néstor Gómez Cuesta International Surgery Congress was held at UTEG from July 23 to 25. Attendees were able to learn about the latest surgical advancements, share experiences, and enhance their professional careers.

The American College of Surgeons – Ecuador Chapter organized the event, which focused on continuing education, surgical innovation, and networking with leading national and international experts.

One of the highlights was the presentation of the KANG DUO SR 2000 surgical robot, which allows for remote surgery.

These activities are establishing themselves as a window into the future of healthcare in Ecuador.
